At Sukhimart, we aim to deliver reliable, transparent, and secure services to all our users and service providers. As we are a digital service and listing platform, our refund policy applies only to paid features and premium listings—not physical products.

📌 1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under specific conditions. Most digital services (such as featured listings, priority placements, and advertisements) are non-refundable once delivered or published.

A refund may be considered if:

  • A listing or advertisement was not published due to a system error or verification failure.
  • A service you paid for was never activated or delivered.
  • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally (must be reported within 7 days).
  • The paid service was canceled before activation.

✅ You must raise a refund request within 7 days of payment.


❌ 3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after listing goes live
  • Unsatisfactory user response to your ad/listing
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by you
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Listing Policy
  • Services that were used partially (e.g., a 30-day listing that remained live for 10+ days)

If your refund request is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet).
  • We will notify you via email or phone once processed.

  • Blacklisting from future services
